This pre-seed raise is designed to prove one thing: that Harla can acquire real customers, deliver measurable operational value, and retain them. The milestone at the close of this round is not a product — it is a commercial relationship. Three signed pilot agreements with property operators managing substantive portfolios, generating early revenue, and providing the data to train the next version of the product.

The allocation below reflects that priority. The largest share goes to product and engineering — not to build features for their own sake, but to get from the current state to something a demanding operator will pay for and rely on. Sales and business development spend is modest but deliberate: George sells the first accounts personally, supplemented by targeted outreach to operators in the target segment. Operating costs are kept lean; everything that is not core to the milestone is deferred.

A reserve is held back against uncertainty. Early-stage timelines compress and expand in ways that are difficult to forecast precisely. The reserve exists to maintain optionality without requiring a bridge, and to demonstrate to the Series A market that this team understands the difference between a budget and a plan.

Figures in brackets are working assumptions to be replaced before investor distribution. The structure and milestone logic are correct; the specifics will follow once the raise target is confirmed.
